What types of caravans do you cover?A
LV= can provide a quote for insurance on most touring and folding caravans and trailers, but don’t cover static caravans, mobile homes, park homes or home-made caravans.
What does the £2m legal liability cover?A
It covers any claims made against you by third parties for injuries or damage to property caused by your caravan. It doesn’t cover damage caused whilst the caravan is being towed.
Am I covered if my caravan becomes unattached whilst towing?A
Any damage to your caravan is covered, but any damage to a third party isn't. You'll need to check your car insurance policy for third party liability cover.
Can I lend my caravan to family and friends and still be covered?A
Yes, you can lend your caravan to family and friends and they'll automatically be insured. The level of cover will remain the same.
Do you cover remote control caravan movers?A
Yes, as they're covered as part of your caravan’s fixtures and fittings.
Can I insure my caravan’s contents?A
Yes, LV= offer different levels of contents cover as an optional extra so you can tailor your caravan insurance to suit your needs. Just add this option when you call for a quote on 0800 028 5608.
Do you insure motorhomes/campervans?A

Am I covered for personal accident on LV= caravan insurance?A
Yes, LV= offer cover for up to £10,000 if you, your spouse or partner are injured whilst in or around your caravan.
What does legal expenses cover on the LV= caravan policy?A
Legal expenses cover on LV= caravan insurance gives you protection against personal injury and uninsured losses if you’re involved in an accident that wasn’t your fault. Uninsured losses include things like compensation for injury or death, accident repair costs and even your policy excess.
What discount do I get as a PCS Plus member powered by Boundless?A
